Ok, this is the weekend. I've switched hosts for nightingayle.com (a month ago, actually), and I've been working on the new design on the new server through an IP address. But in a couple of hours I'm changing the DNS server information, which means the entire website will be down while the domain name servers reboot and kick the old ip (this one) out of their cache to make way for the new one.
While the site is down, I'll be working like a nut to get the new one running properly. Hopefully, by the time the name servers catch on that I've moved, you'll find a functioning website at this address.
However, the journal will still be down a day or two after the rest of the site, because I need the actual domain name, and not an IP address, in order to set up the journalling software. And folks, not that I don't love greymatter, but I'm switching to movable type.
When we're back live and in concert, there'll be a couple of new areas to the site, as well as some new additions to the galleries, and lots of old stuff cleared out, so be sure to check everything out.
Here I go. See you on the other side of the moon!
