The next room you enter is rather small, but light and cheery, with a rainbow paint feather texture on the walls and subtle white clouds on a pale blue ceiling. As you enter it, the chair on your left strikes your eye as it is huge and fluffy, not to mention bright purple! Above it along the wall are several framed works of art, mostly nature-themed. The floor is a warm cherry-stained hardwood of the old fashioned tongue-and-groove construction, oiled with what looks like love over hundreds of years. Covering the middle section of the floor is a small "rag rug" in multi colors. On your right is a mini indoor garden, with dozens of plants on the floor, stands, shelves and hanging from the ceiling. You notice several strains of ivy, ferns and spider plants before you move on with your eye. Across from you is a large, deep bay window which encompasses nearly the whole wall. Inside the well of the window is the most comfortable-looking window seat you've ever seen -- luxurious red plush cushions cover the seat and crawl halfway up the wall, inviting you to sit. The view from the window draws you towards it: first you see the small trees just outside the house, then the beautifully landscaped yard descending to a warm, sandy beach, and then ocean, as far as you can see in every direction. As you stand in front of the window, you notice built-in bookshelves on either side, crammed with books from floor to ceiling. Obviously, this is someone's personal getaway room.
