I didn't think it was THAT bad.

People have been telling me I look tired, and asking me what's wrong, all day. I seriously didn't think it was that bad. Apparently, my left eye looked the most tired.

I'm sad to think that I've gotten so used to having my sleep interrupted that my brain doesn't notice the terrible time my body is having trying to haul itself around.

I've been getting awful tension headaches. I think it's time to call around for massage therapists to fill that prescription I got from my doctor. My neck hurts, and it gets out of joint and needs to crack a lot more often than usual, and when it does I can feel it all the way up my skull on the right side - into the same spot where I've been getting random headaches. Not debilitating ones.. just... aches. Dull throbs that kind of confuse me.

My eyes hurt a lot too. I'm not sure if I'm going to need new glasses, or if it's a result of not enough sleep, or too much opening my left eye and checking the time in the middle of the night with one finger in my ear trying to make the barking stop.

Hey, wow, I totally didn't expect this to go in this direction. Sorry.

Um, good news, good news... Oh! I picked up Director last week after a good five years ignoring its existence, and re-learned it through trial and error enough to start making a very spiffy CDROM for work. When our ad runs on the tv and someone calls up and asks for an information package, they normally get a kit folder in the mail with a brochure and an application (all of which I designed as well); but now we're going to have the option of the same info on an interactive CD, to ship in a slim DVD case. I'm very excited about the design, and almost as excited at how I got my sleep-fogged brain to do some low-level programming to make the thing work. I'll show you when it's finished, 'K?

Also cool: Jumpin Juniper and Lamoore Designs are nearly finished.

Pretty nifty as well: The wicked head rush from the chocolate crack at the bottom of the Tim Hortons hot chocolate cup.
