I'm surrounded by shiny pretty things lately. I'm practically drowning in the pretty images of my latest client (Getbent - new design revealed soon!). I just spent a couple of hours talking to Kevin's middle sister (soooo happy to still talk to her), giving her links and tips on her own jewellery-making.
Last night, my aunt's VERY enthusiastic friend came over to swoon over my jewellery. She bought a piece, commissioned four new ones, and put aside three more that she wants me to sell her when I figure out a legitimate pricing system. AND she called just now and wants to buy another piece as a gift for a friend.
She and my aunt suggested they host a jewellery-selling party for me, which I thought was a BRILLIANT idea, so I think sometime in the spring when I get more inventory (and some freaking clue of pricing), I'll definitely do that. They know EVERYBODY.
AND, the next product assessment at CBCCD is next week, so I'm scrambling to get all my stuff in order for that. It's an eventful week!
