Runecast regarding
Boy and Girl's relationship, Boy as querent. Boy asked specific question
of me; I did not ask specific question of runes; I just felt the question
and the runes answered me. Celtic Cross formation.
1. Present:
Ken (torch)
Gifts, controlled fire. Arrival of a 'child', but not necessarily physically.
Dominant partner is about to offer a gift. Use inner knowledge to light the
way. Helps in personal transformations; regenerates and heals. Useful in love
and sex. Enlightenment must be tempered with wisdom.
2. Obstacles:
Ing (fertility)
Female genitalia. There is relief at hand. Imminent birth of a 'child', again
not necessarily physically. Inner peace is on its way, if you live one day
at a time. The peace may come in form of a giant buildup with a very startling
release.
3. Past: Eolh
(protection) Reversed
Duped. Take care and caution; others have done
their best to ensure that you take blame for a mistake that wasn't yours.
You are vulnerable to hostile influences. Build your strength to move
forward.
4. Future: Lagu (water)
Reversed
Weakness, possible betrayal. You are mixed up spiritually, and
will be in trouble if you do not become firm in your action. Surrounding
runes suggest that you must do this cautiously and carefully. You may
be giving too much credibility to someone. Go with the flow.
5. Ambitions: Tir (creator)
Battles, competition. Requires a great deal of energy, so be well prepared.
This is positive for your ambitions; tir seeks to win. Be fearless, and
the truth will win out.
6. Influences: Nied (necessity)
Have patience and do not be headstrong; nied is cool and removed. There
is a distance which must be overcome. You are getting exactly what you
need right now, even if you do not like it; it will allow you to make
the best progress on your spiritual path. Everything is how it is meant
to be. This is a series of lessons that must be learnt in order to move
from negative to positive energy. To achieve your wants, you have to
experience the very opposite. [note: this Influence rune may very well
describe me and my influence on you, as these are the exact things I've
been telling you for years]

Internal Strengths: Wynn (joy) Reversed
You will be
daunted because you do not have the right attitude to meet the challenges
before you. Everyone involved may not be committed. Be cautious. The
happiness you seek is yours, however; but you are attached to the past
and it is not allowing you to see this. You must let go of the old and
embrace the new.

Help: Th (thorn)
Luck and great strength will be your aid. Listen to all
advice and help given to you. Be strong and dynamic,
or it will all drift out of control. Hold fast to your birthright.

Hopes & Fears: Sigel (sun)
You are overstretched and
in need of a rest. You have to calm down and enjoy yourself, you must
return to the centre of affairs and take control. You may need someone
to show you the way.
10. Outcome: Wyrd (fate) Unknown.
You will have to take
whatever comes, good or bad. There is no way out of the fate set for
you at this time. [Note: I almost always pull Wyrd as an outcome for
myself; it is possible the runes are reacting to my energy, and not that
of the question]
My interpretation of this cast: It seems that if you are strong and cautious, and if you work towards your goal, all will be as it is meant to be.

3-Rune cast.
1. Past: Eolh (protection) Reversed
Querent has been duped.
Others do not have your best interest at heart. Do not act in haste.
2. Present: Daeg (daylight)
This rune bodes well for positive
change. Daylight shows all angles, and there are no hidden dangers in
dark corners here [Note: that is an exact quote]. Querent is deciding
to make a change - even if it is only to be more accepting of what exists
now. Have no fear; you are protected by the light; it will allow you
to see all danger before it arrives.
3. Future: Eoh (horse) Reversed
Travel and change, which
may not be for the better. This change may be made out of necessity,
not choice, and it may be unexpected. New connections must be made.
My interpretation of this cast: Things may not have been as they seemd in the past, but right now all is exactly the way it looks to you. There is no immediate danger to Girl or you at the present time. There is a dramatic change of situation in the future, but of what nature, is unknown.
