I was up until midnight last night doing my freaking laundry.. and it’s not even finished! Had to leave a load in the washer, a load in the dryer, a load waiting to be washed and a load waiting to be dried. At my parents’ place. It’s all for a good cause, though - I’m poor, and I want to clean out my closet (and my entire house, for that matter) by the end of this week, and everything was dirty, so I had to wash EVERYTHING.

So tonight, I have to finish up that mess, put EVERYTHING away, and in the process make piles of things I no longer want/wear/need.

I’m going to do the same thing with my movies and CDs, my books and my craft room (that’ll be the hardest one, I think).

And on top of all of that, I am going to have to invent some characters and some sort of plot for NaNoWriMo 2003, which starts in, oh, four days.

Ack.

I’m a little nervous about NaNo this year, because my hand is really sensitive right now. I don’t want to ruin it. I wish I'd heard about and switched to the Dvorak keyboard six months ago so I could do this without ruining my fingers. I may lower the wordcount goal to 30,000 instead of 50,000. We shall see.
